2016 Hay Drive

Our Hay Drive is one of the most important drives of the year. We do our best to cut costs by baling some of our own and using a wholesaler that believes in what we do, so he sells us hay at little more than it costs to bale our own with the help of a farmer that charges just enough to cover his expenses. Our hay cost comes out to approx $3.50 a bale and ours is good quality hay. Good quality hay is running at least $8 @ bale in our area, so we save alot, but we need your help to buy the hay for the year. It takes us 1500 bales of hay a year to feed the "family" here at Sunrise. So, we need to raise $5,250.00 to cover the cost of hay. No donation is too small, as it all adds up to reach our end goal.
